Arrival Information:

Check in time is: 2pm for Accommodation

11am for Powered & Unpowered Sites

Departure time is 10AM for all accommodation and caravan and camping sites.

Quiet Time from 10pm to 7am – please be kind, courteous and considerate to other guests, staff and those around you at all times, and by observing the parks quiet time and keeping noise to a minimum. Should you require assistance during these hours please see contact our onsite manager for assistance on (08) 9761 1900 and follow the prompts.

Free Wifi is available near reception. 

5km/h speed limit applies to all vehicles and micro-mobility devices (i.e. Scooters and e-bikes) at all times.

All micro-mobility devices such as bikes, scooters, rollerblades, skateboards and the like, can only be used during daylight hours, must adhere to the 5km/h walking pace speed limit and are to be used on roads only. Devices will be confiscated in the case of misbehaviour. 

A parent or guardian must supervise all children aged 12 years and under at all times whilst in the caravan park. You are responsible for your children’s actions and behaviour at all times. 

All vehicles, trailers and boats must fit on site. Please do not encroach on your neighbour’s site and leave pathways between sites clear. 

Ensure your accommodation and site, as well as facilities you use during your stay are kept generally clean and tidy and use the appropriate waste stations provided for all rubbish and recycling. 

There is no smoking/vaping in the accommodation, common areas including BBQ area’s amenities and any buildings.

No boat, caravan, annexe/awning or car washing is permitted on site.

Fires are only permitted in the fire pits provided for hire or an approved device determined by the Park Manage. ALL FIRE RESTRICTIONS MUST BE ADHERED TO AT ALL TIMES.

  • Fire must be in an enclosed fire drum/container at least 300 mm off the ground. It remains the guest responsibility to ensure grass/ground beneath the fire pit cannot become scorched or burnt. 
  • Fires MUST be attended at all times by a responsible person and extinguished after use.
  • All fires are to be extinguished during quite time – 10pm – 7am. 
  • Use of fire pits is at patron’s own risk. Children are not to be left unattended around fire pits. 
  • Fire pits and fire areas must be kept neat at all times and all wood and fire debris removed with the area left tidy during your stay and on check-out.
  • Please do not dispose of hot ashes in the Parks bins. If Fire or smoke is becoming dangerous or harmful to other guests, the fire will be extinguished.
  • Wood or other material is not to be collected from Park grounds for use in fire pit.
  • No chopping, splitting, or chain sawing of wood is permitted within the park grounds.
  • Staff have the authority to ban all fires at their discretion.
  • Fires are for sites only – not permitted for cabins.

Park management reserves the right to evict any person who fails to obey the park rules. Eviction from the park will result in forfeiture of all monies paid.

Any person found to be damaging park property or that of other guests will be evicted from the park and will be held responsible for repair costs.
